RecoverPay supports the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Connect an eligible business number, import leads you have permission to contact, and use approved templates when the customer service window is closed. Meta account eligibility, template approval, messaging limits, and fees still apply.

How to put it into practice
Prepare your Meta account
Have access to the Meta business account, WhatsApp Business Account, and number you intend to connect. Complete any setup or verification Meta requires.
Connect a channel
Open Connections in your workspace and use the Meta connection flow. Check that the channel is connected before composing a message.
Check the message window
Free-form replies require an open customer service window on that number. Outside that window, use a provider-approved template appropriate for the conversation.
Test with a permitted contact
Confirm the template, recipient number, variables, and delivery result before starting an audience campaign.
Questions and answers
Does connecting guarantee a verified badge?
No. Business verification, display-name approval, and any verified badge are controlled by Meta. A RecoverPay connection does not guarantee them.
Are Meta fees included in the subscription?
Your RecoverPay plan and Meta messaging charges are separate considerations. Review your plan limits and the current charges in your Meta account before launching campaigns.
Can QR and Meta channels be used in one workspace?
RecoverPay supports both connection types. Add channels within your plan limits and check the selected sender when you compose or schedule a message.
