Sales workflow

WhatsApp lead follow-up for real estate teams

Keep property enquiries assigned, schedule relevant WhatsApp follow-ups, and give agents the conversation context they need to respond.

At a glance

Real estate teams can use RecoverPay to import property enquiries, assign each lead to an agent, and follow up on WhatsApp from the lead record. Managers can review lead activity and pending replies. The software organises follow-up work; it does not guarantee viewings, replies, or sales.

Clear ownership

Assign an enquiry to an agent so the next response has an accountable owner.

Relevant follow-ups

Use the property, budget, and questions already discussed to write a useful next message.

Visible activity

Review responses and follow-up activity before contacting a lead again.

How to put it into practice

  1. Import permitted enquiries

Upload lead details you are authorised to use and check the number format and duplicates.

  2. Assign the next action

Give the lead to an agent and review the original enquiry before messaging.

  3. Schedule a useful follow-up

Offer the requested detail or ask one focused question. Use the correct sender and the template rules for that channel.

  4. Review replies

Respond to questions, update the lead outcome, and stop contacting people who no longer want follow-ups.

Questions and answers

Can a manager see assigned leads?

Managers with the appropriate workspace role can review organisation leads. Agent access is limited by the workspace role and lead assignment rules.

Can we send brochures or a recorded voice note?

The messaging workflow supports media where the selected connection allows it. Check the attachment, recipient, and channel before sending a campaign.

Is there a recommended follow-up interval?

Choose an interval that fits the enquiry and the customer’s permission. A day 1, 3, and 7 plan is an example, not a proven universal benchmark or a promised result.
